Getting Started

I'm in a rush, how fast can I get my order?

Standard production times are 12 business days. We do offer ''Rush'' shipping where you can choose to get your order in 3 to 8 business days. Please refer to our policies for more information.

How is my price determined?

Your price is determined by the style your are choosing, the number of print locations and colors needed for your design as well as the printing method used (screen printing, DTG, embroidery, heat transfer, add-ons etc.)

What file format should I submit my design in?

Files should be vector form. We prefer: EPS, AI or PDF. If you don’t have a vector file, we recommend 300dpi or larger in one of the following formats PSD, TIF, JPG or PNG. Not sure how to do this? Contact us!

Can I order different style and color shirts?

Of course! You can choose from this selection that requires no minimum quantity and for the rest, you can combine different styles and colors to meet the minimum quantity of 24 units with the same print. As an example, you could order 8 black t-shirts, 8 white long sleeves and 8 green hoodies that all have the same print design and location. You can also order different sizes without any additional cost.

How long will it take to get my shirts?

Standard production times for basic orders without add-ons are 12 business days. We do offer ''Rush'' shipping where you can choose to get your order in 3 to 8 business days. Please refer to our policies for more information. Please add 3 business days to each add-on services that your are choosing.

Can I order a sample of the garment before placing a full production run?

Of course! Blank Samples If you're looking for a blank sample to try it out, simply ask your account manager and we will be happy to help you. You will have 30 days to return it to our warehouse for a refund of your sample products, not including shipping costs. Printed Samples If you are looking for a printed sample with your design, you can place your order directly online. You can also ask your account manager if you are looking to get a screen printing, embroidery or heat transfer sample.


Can I order shirts that are not offered on your website?

Yes! We have access to 70,000 products amongst of various different suppliers.

Do you make 100% custom garment?

Yes, we do custom stuff. If we can't make it, we have solutions and contacts worldwide for you.

Can I supply my own shirts?

Yes we do offer contract printing services for screen printing & embroidery. This minimum quantity required is 48 units.


What type of inks do Printeez uses?

We mainly use water-based inks for a better result. We also use plastisol for some projects. We always use the best inks available to obtain the best results. We do offer a wide variety of printing finishes and inks, including discharge inks.

Can you match a custom Pantone color?

Yes! The goal here is to get as close as possible to your desired pantone color. We can match any Solid Uncoated Pantone color.

Do you offer any specialty inks?

Yes of course! We like to get out of our comfort zone! Find out what we can do here.

Online Stores

Can I get an online business store for my company?

We typically accept mid-sized to larger companies for this service. Please contact us to see if you qualify.

How long can my campaign run for?

In general, campaigns will run for 1 to 2 weeks, sometimes more.

How do I get the commissions paid for my campaign?

At the end, you will get your campaign's report with the commissions owed to you. You will get the payment via bank transfer from Printeez within 5 business days after you have sent the invoice to showing the commission amount.

Can I add multiple products to my campaign or online store?

We have a selection of products dedicated to campaigns and online stores. Please ask your account manager to see what products you can get.

How do I start a campaign?

How is my campaign commission/profit calculated?

Profits will be chosen by you. Wheter you want to make 10%, 20%, 30% or more on the shirts you sell, you will know exactly what the cost is per unit. For example, If the shirt costs 21$ and you decide to sell it at 30$, you are making a 30% profit. *Important* - you need to sell a minimum of 48 units per design/logo to get your profits. Otherwise, you will not get any profit since the cost of 48 units only covers administration fees and production fees for Printeez.

What are campaigns by Printeez?

Campaigns by Printeez are an easy way for non-profit organizations and individuals to raise money for a cause. People support a cause by buying nice and comfortable printed t-shirts that they will proudly wear.

When do the shirts get printed and shipped?

Items will be produced and shipped 7 days after the campaign ends.

Where are the shirts being printed?

At our facility in Granby, Quebec! :)


How do I make a payment?

Payment conditions: You can either make the payment in full by credit card/e-transfer/direct deposit/cash or in two payments either by e-transfer/direct deposit/cash ONLY. The remaining 50% will also ONLY be payable by e-transfer/direct deposit/cash. NO CREDIT CARDS WILL BE TAKEN FOR 50% PAYMENTS. Please note that your order will not be considered as approved until a 50% deposit has been done.

If I don't like my shirts, can I return them?

If your order doesn't match the quote guidelines you approved, you can absolutely return the shirts and ask for a reprint. Obviously, that's something neither of us wants and we work very hard to ensure you get exactly what you're expecting.

What is the 3% under allowance policy and how does it affect the final invoice quantity?

Screen printing is an art and not an exact science, oftentimes there are small errors on the press, from the shirt vendor or random acts of God. However, we will always refund your card if we do not meet the required amount up to 3% under the quantity Order. If the damaged amount is greater than 3% we will reprint the goods. As an example, if you ordered 100 t-shirts, it might happen to see 3 shirts being credit to you if a mistake happens in the process.


Can I come pick up my shirts in Granby?

Yes of course! And if you want to challenge us at pickleball, we will be more than happy to accept the challenge!

Do you ship international?

Yes! We use FedEx, Purolator and DHL as shipping partners.

Will I get a tracking number when my order ship?

Always. You will automatically get the tracking number by email.
